Where Your Guitar Pics Land by Hemingway Kat
June 2nd, 2007 7:13 AM
I only have one... I do, in fact, own a guitar, but it is being held hostage in Houston.
This particular pic is ten years old - it landed on me during a show by Chalk Farm at Numbers. Its existence had been long since forgotten.
I was unpacking and sorting while I waited for Crusher Joe to be done saving the world, and it tumbled out of a stack of papers and landed in a box, on top of other such random collected odds and ends.
Ironically, I was already signed up for this task, as Austin is a city with plenty of guitar pics.
But I was rather excited to see this one.
I'm making it into a fridge magnet.

Where my guitar pic landed

It fell out of the stack of greeting cards pictured, and cooperated beautifully by being face up.

years ago, chad lent it to his cousin for a scavenger hunt, and i had no idea it made its way back.
but it did fall out of his hs graduation invitation, so that makes sense.
I call this serendipity at its finest.
I didn't even know you did this, but I do remember you talking about that pick before. I'm glad you found it (and in such a wonderfully task-completing sorta way, too!).
