I did it.
What started as a solo project, then became a collaboration, then became my solo project, is finally finished. I sat in a tree for three and a half hours and completed all ten tasks required of me. Some, as you will see, were harder than others.

I couldn't get any proof of me sleeping because, well, how am I supposed to take a picture of myself sleeping? I did try to sleep though. You'll just have to take my word for it.

Nervous about the height
I was a little uncomfortable at first, since I don't usually sit in trees. But I got used to it.

I had a bag of cookies my mom gave me. I used a few later to buy a kiss ;)

I played Pokemon Pearl version and restarted my file. I got my first pokemon to level 9 ;D Notice the addition of a big jacket and gloves. It's effing cold out!

I posed for this later on when someone was around to take pictures. I did read a book though, Guilty Pleasures, by Laurell K Hamilton.

Birdies!
The most wonderful thing happened! About an hour into my time in the tree, a bunch of little birdies came to visit me. They got really close but this is the best picture I could get. I think they thought I was part of the tree :P
Tree Ornaments

I coloured two dinosaurs and I had two that were already coloured. I used them later to buy food.

All the pretty art I hung in my tree ^_^ Fun fact: I hung the peace sign and flag with dental floss. :)

Heh. As some might have guessed, the whole task started with a musing on how bizarre the "sitting in a tree" children's rhyme is. But, it didn't really seem task-worthy in itself without some additions.
A fine completion of a thoroughly silly task. Nicely done!
