For that I vote.
Yeah, it doesn't describe anything, however "wet rag" should represent simply a mood of worthlessness and melancholy.
I just read all three of the praxis and now I get it. I am of the opinion that you should really rewrite this task.
I enjoyed reading the task thinking that I would have to stumble all over my town (LA) on foot or public transportation, leaving behind all my motives, friends and avoiding the pitfalls of bars or nightlife.
BUT that's not what this is now is it? It's a city wide game of tag organized with rally points, safe areas, set chasers and runners not to mention other rules that are not written in your description.
Am I being a total bummer? sorry. I'll shut up now.
