Make it Soft by Kyle Gillis

I made a sockpuppet hippy.
EDIT: I decided now is a good time to go in depth about how he's made. I don't, unfortunately, have any in progress photos, but I'll do my best to describe it with words.
First, I took a sock. I filled the top of it with stuffing, to give his head some shape. Puppets I've made in the past didn't have this, and thus looked terrible, and weren't soft.
I then put my hand in, and cut a hole where his mouth should be. I filled this hole by hot glueing a piece of cardboard cut to be the shape of his mouth. I added felt to give his mouth some color.
It's kind of hard to see in the picture, but he has a shirt, made from cutting up some old fabric I found laying around. I just cut it to fit around his body and hot glued it on.
His eyes are google eyes, purchased at a craft store, and his hair is yarn. His headband is a piece of stretchy fabric I found laying around, I have no idea what it is.
His huge nose was quite a task. I made a wireframe the size of his nose with pipe cleaner. Then I cut off the excess. I took some white cloth and covered the wire frame, and then I hot glued it down to the pipe cleaners. I then attached it in the back with more hot glue.

Will do! I went back and added more to an old one, I'm gonna edit this one now to tell others the steps I went through to make it.

Very nice! :) That certainly deserves an extra point. You're definitely catching on quickly. I look forward to your future tasking!
Ha! Indeed you did. Welcome to SF0!
:) Listen to Rin Brooker. She is wise in the ways of the land.
I strongly suggest more extensive proof in the future (that eel, for example, is probably not going to cut it...and these two are pretty much bare minimum completions). I look forward to your future tasking, though!
