Player Photo Anagrams by lefthandedsnail
July 30th, 2008 11:28 PM / Location: 34.161741,-118.3681That's my favourite anagram of lefthandedsnail.
It immediately made me think of dying after eating something with lentils hidden in it. I've never met anyone deathly allergic to lentils before, but that doesn't mean it couldn't happen.
I wanted to make a story in pictures about it and used it as a good excuse to get the digital camera I've been planning on buying for a while. Yay, shiny new toy!
Any way, here's my little story:
Roommate M saw the slideshow and entitled it Fifth Dimension Stomach.
The anagram of this that fits my player photograph best is Font, A Mischief Hindmost
My player photograph is indeed a mischievous use of font, and that mischief is hindmost in that it is on my back.
Special thanks are due to Lincoln, Loki, and TomO'Tillo for technical assistance and general wisdom.

Had I done titles there would have been one reading "Kostya as Unconcerned Bystander".
Perhaps she had a hand in your demise?
I like that you cut your bread into soldiers.
Your toast soldiers are sporting some rare culinary fineries -- Marmite? Caviar? I am hard-pressed to think what other savory spread would match a nice vegetable soup. Also, your cat is named Kostya?
Marmite. Mmmm.
Kostya is named after Konstantine in the Seagull. Before my roommate and I adopted him we agreed to name him something Chechovian, then narrowed it down to the Seagull, then narrowed it down to Kostya and Masha, depending on the gender. He's a tortured soul who's far too intelligent for his own good and will inevitably lose all sense of purpose. The name suits him.
I am really impressed with how well you managed to come up with an expression of your first anagram, and how well you were able to interpret out all the anagrams of the title given by someone else to find a description of your player photograph. Also, I would like to point out that "A Mischief Hindmost" sounds like exactly the sort of title you would see in a faux-romance novels that give very suggestive descriptions of nautical events, such as pirate ships coming into port, sails billowing and heaving in the wind, and various plowing metaphors (See "Mutiny from Behind").
Nice job on the slideshow.
Thanks!
Brilliant.
I love that while you're dying, the cat in the background doesn't move at all.
