illegal through legal channels. after i saw this task, i went to one of my local medical marijuana dispenseries and there you go.

I think you're good. In fact that seems just like what the task was asking for, legal by state law but illegal by federal.

Hahaha, when I made this task, I totally had drugs in mind. Where I work, we dose people with schedule 1 drugs, so that (and a discussion w/ Sam/Ian) gave birth to this idea. I think you're good. You'd be even better if you shared... ;-] It would be cool though to see people take this task to other realms for sure.
