This was actually more difficult than I thought it would be. I was going to try and make it out of construction paper but that was a big failure. So I went to Michaels again to see what I could make a hat. I went by the jewelry section and saw different bunches of wire. I got that for the frame. Then I had to get some tools that cut the wire. Then I got duct tape. They had some different colors but I think the shiny silver was cool.

After I made the frame I covered it in tape. It was so sticky that my hands now feel raw, as if the tape took off a layer of skin. I ended up making two because I absolutely loathed the first one. I used a different kind of frame. The second one ended up looking like a cowboy hat. Although I'll never wear it, I think it's pretty awesome.
