INSTRUCTIONS: Do what the experts tell you; eat 5-a-day servings of fruits and vegetables, drink 2 litres of water, walk 10000 steps, anything along those lines.
Document your findings.

I've always had a hard time getting in water. So I decided hey why not try drinking 2 liters. Little did I know that 2 liters was four bottles of water! Throughout the day I carried water bottles but I had to keep reminding myself to drink. I ended up setting my alarm on my phone to go off every so often to remind me.

I felt so full almost all day. I can't imagine doing this every single day. I think your body gets used to it but I highly doubt your bladder does. However, I did mange to get every single drop of water in. I drank water instead of my usual soda with lunch and again at dinner rather than juice or something else. I don't know if I will continue trying to get four bottles of water in but I will up my fluid intake just to see what happens. I want to see if I will get used to such a large amount.
