I love that one of your things is a prison, and totally identify with a piece of path being "yours"... I collect such paths ;-)

Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god. You just made my day by being the first to complete this task, and by doing such a GREAT job of it!!!! I am currently bereft of points, but be assured that both my personas will be voting full points on this one!!! GREAT make up by the way.

My last point - Yours because this is full of awesome.

Hey Morte, sorry if I sounded a little dismissive of goths (I did realise you were one ;->) that was not my intent - sure they're mostly poseurs, but it's an entertaining pose, and I for one enjoy hanging round them....

And you're right, anatomy classes seem helpful for artists, but she didn't do human figures and her STATED reason (she might have been lying of course) was "wanted to poke bodies". You'd have thought that would have worn off after the first year, but she went back for a second year too...

That's some sentence suzy, but I bet that IS what they say. Still, a goth girl of my acquaintance who was doing a fine arts degree also did anatomy for 2 years for exactly that reason, which is even weirder.

Great Praxis Morte, I felt for you when you talked about getting back on the ladder... It's the worst part. Oh, and a very nice photo of whatever church that is.

Wonderful - just wonderful. We tend to forget here in NZ just how unpleasant it can be for people in countries where changing jobs / careers isn't quite so easy. Top of the world to you...

Very nice. I'd definitely include the house if it were me ;-> And the others are right, beautiful photos...

Nice Praxis. As someone else who has a possessive view of rocks and other pieces of geography I understood EXACTLY what you were getting at. AHHH rocks. In fact it occurs to me that when I get around to doing this my biggest challenge is going to be pruning it down to just a few...

I don't know, maybe it's just because I come from a philosophy background, but I find negative criticism as helpful as praise in these cases (albeit not as pleasant). It helps you to refine your thoughts and feelings, and put your finger on just why you feel as you do about your experience...

I mean it's not as if he was just calling her names and telling her that her praxis sucked. Also, read the last line - nice and positive praise.

I actually agree most with Minch when she says -

"Also, the fact that each of us interpret the tasks differently is what makes the game so much fun. If everyone had the same interpretation the game would be rather boring."

- but I would argue that this is as true of people's reactions to the praxis as it is to the task itself. Sometimes people's reaction to my praxis has been as interesting to me as actually doing the praxis in the first place.
