(Not) Energy Drink by niallsb: Forevolution

As I lay in bed at 2:45am, I just couldn't sleep because:
1. I had SfØ on my mind and
2. I am nocturnal.
I was contemplating how I was going to complete this task and the fact that I wasn't getting any sleep when I realised that the two things could be combined into a recipe that I've used before.
Ladies, Gentlemen, Wenches and Rogues, I give you the Sedation Drink:

Okay, so it's not any Warm Cow, but it does the job well.
The drink is essentially warm milk with stuff in it, but they work well together to make a delicious, tranquilising drink.
Recipe:
Spices-
-Cinnamon
-Ginger
-Cloves
-Allspice
Half tsp Honey
0.5-1 tsp of Butterscotch Schnapps
1. Combine the spices in the following ratio: 1 part Cloves, 2 parts Allspice, 3 parts Ginger and 4 parts Cinnamon. Add 0.5-1 tsp to a mug. The point of the ratio is so you can just make extra and use some spice mix whenever you want.
2. Add the Honey. Make sure it's runny or slightly runny. If not, heat jar in the microwave. I put Honey in this drink to sweeten it up a bit. I don't use sugar because it will give you too much energy.
3. Add the Butterscotch Schnapps and stir all ingredients to make a paste. The Scnapps is alcohol but only a small amount. Alcohol will sedate you if not used in excess. Besides, Butterscotch is such a nice flavour.
4. Graduly add the milk, stirring each time so that the milk amalgamates (blends) with the spice paste. Fill to the top.
5. Heat in microwave to desired temperature. I started with 30 seconds then another 20 seconds.
6. Enjoy. Or not (I can't guarantee anything)
And did I get sedated from drinking this? I'll tell you in the morning.

Yours sounds tastier than Warm Cow
