I hate pictures of me....I never photograph well. No seriously...I NEVER photograph well. So a self portrait is one of those things that I dread because well, I'm a bit vain and if a picture of me isn't going to be attractive then I don't want a picture at all.
That being said...I began this task by looking for a camera (which I don't own) and then prevailing upon my roommate to borrow hers. Which prompted her to ask why, which then made it a group project as she played with her camera while I stood in front of mirror trying to make the room as dark as possible. Dark = less light to show me with after all.
I have to say, they turned out ok given the circumstances.

Take one
I like the yellowness of them all, and the fact this one looks really faded. I cropped it so that there was very little negative space and the negative space that was there was interesting.
Ghost
I like this one because it is so blurry, kind of like I'm wearing a weird mask of sorts. I cropped it and made it black and white to add to the oddness.
Take 4
This is the last one, the green/yellow really pops and I like that my face is all blurry and I disappear off the sides of the photo.
