Physical Representation Of A Virtual Occurrence by rongo rongo

April 21st, 2009 6:31 AM

INSTRUCTIONS: Create a public or semi-public physical representation of a virtual occurrence.

I didn't create this, but instead captured a naturally occurring instance of Highlight Magazine's 'What's Wrong With This Picture?'. Back in the ancient days, this kid's magazine used to have detailed cartoons with subtle mistakes. (Currently, the mistakes tend to be a bit funnier and less subtle.) During a customer meeting, one of my colleagues (the one who was responsible for this) was a real life, walking example of the old-style 'What's Wrong' cartoons. I leave the game of spotting the mistake up to the viewer.

My colleague has a great sense of humor, and was pleased to be able to once again inadvertently assist me in some SF0 tasking.

(Updated to add a bonus picture with more wrongness.)

I cannot believe that took me close to a whole minute to spot.

None of the meeting attendees noticed, even after two days. To me, the best part of this task was realizing that there are probably funny little mistakes in the world around me all the time, that I am not even noticing.
