Description:
Subject
is a white male in his early twenties, approximately 1.84m and 68kg,
with brown eyes, red hair and freckled pale skin. No other
distinguishing marks are visible other than a recognizable voice.

Subject
SF0's voice has the ability to create memetic hazards in the minds of
those who hear it, an ability that was discovered by the Foundation when
[DATA EXPUNGED] occured during Subject's education at ██████████ ██
███████████
██ ████████. Since that event, Subject SF0 has been traveling the world
in an attempt to evade our agents. During this time, Subject has
revealed the secondary ability to break through normal human physical
and mental limits through willpower alone.

Subject SF0 has escaped encounters with Foundation Agents with the following skills:

• Training in information warfare and computer security.


• An apparent talent for breaking and entering.


• Training as a sprinter and traceur.


• Charisma, potentially related to memetic abilities.


• Impressive perception.

Victims
of Subject's powers display a remnant psychic link that is on par with
most low-level empathic hazards. Subject's primary use for such links is
to lead small groups in events or to emotionally connect with
individuals. The psychic link fades when victim is removed from Subject
SF0 for a period of up to 72 hours, however prolonged exposure to
Subject SF0 may cause a permanent psychic link to be established.
