Can what people do with the ideas then properly be called stealing? It's a change of paradigm, you're not no longer having a single idea that's stolen, you're placing an idea in a public space with the intent of having someone take it, like free street-press from your mind.
I can only conclude you mean something similar to the colloquial "swipe", meaning to take from somewhere with no measurable loss of value.
