AAAAARGH!!! by Rabbit, The Villain

On July 6th, 2007, The Villain stole a photograph of the Sutro Tower from Rabbit to claim as his own task completion of Photograph Sutro Tower (The Low Score Task). This event marked the beginning of a series of nefarious acts propagated by The Villain, including the shrinking of the Sutro Tower to a mere 8 inch novelty sculpture.

At last! Citizens of sf0, we have recovered the long lost Sutro Tower and returned it to it's rightful city! It was a tough battle to storm the Cakebread Castle, but our troops persevered and reclaimed our beloved landmark. The past year has been one of turmoil with the guiding monument missing. We have installed troops to keep the tower protected from future theft. Now we must focus on returning the tower to it's original size! Ummm... Anyone have any ideas?

I notice that the tower is in a different location in the two pictures of it above. Any particular reason for this?

Ms. Pish thought she might be able to do a better job of guarding the tower against theft if she moved it higher up and to the left.

It is my understanding that, due to strange moments of synchronicity, you have already had the opportunity to behold this Tower in it's new location at Electric 22 -- in fact, you have held it in your hands, only to be defeated by it's guardian! Your escape was narrow... you may not be so lucky in the future.
This increases your peril incredibly, Rabbit, for she is expecting you to return again to reclaim the tower. Use caution! The Tower must be recovered!
