Saucy Tales by Remy The Living

INSTRUCTIONS: Every ancient condiment in the back of your fridge is a tale of neglect and abandonment. Tell us yours.

"Yeah, right," said Peaches. She twirled, making her dress float about. "I'm just saying, if it's there, we could totally check it out," replied Cat. "The ancient graveyard of condiments is there, but the fact that they're still alive? Complete and total Black Stuff." Mussy passed by, looking a bit shaken. Rel was with her. "What's up with her?" Cat asked. Rel looked up. "Her dad was drafted. This morning he said he was heading the quick way to work to make it on time, but he never showed up." Peaches walked over to the circle around Mussy. "I bet the quick way is through the Condiment Graveyard. He's probably still a hostage there now," Cat said, breaking the silence. Mussy looked up. In her eyes, a flash of hope appeared. She began to walk away, towards the C. G. Cat followed, and eventually Rel. Peaches stood in contemplative thought. AJ walked up and Peaches explained the situation. They followed the others, keeping a slight distance.

They approached the gate of the Graveyard. They all stopped in a very cliche line. Rel gulped. He never thought about the good things. "Lets head in, then," said AJ. He stepped in, and the others followed suit.

The Condiment Graveyard was dark; the light bulb hadn't ever been changed. Left and right stood empty jars and containers that once held souls that have now been long forgotten. In short, it was hella spooky. "I hope the grave-watchers aren't here..." said Cat, in a shaky voice. "Cat, shut up. Your not helping. And also, the grave-watchers are just myths," snapped Rel. Ironically, at that moment there was a rustle in the near by... bushes...? "Who's there?" AJ shouted. "No one," said No one. A tall, glass jar filled about an eight full of pear juice crept out of the bushes. "Behold, I am No one, Watcher of the Graveyard. Why hath thou entered it's holy presence?" stated No one, quite biblically. Rel stepped forward and said, "We are looking for Horrad, father of our friend Mussy. He went to work three days ago, and hasn't returned since. As an ancient of the Fridge, perhaps you could inform us of Horrad's whereabouts? We believe he had taken this route to his office near the front of the Fridge." No one sighed greatly. "Long ago, I fulfilled my duty as Pears. All the pears within me were taken and eaten by The Creators. After they had finished with me, they put me back here as juice. I was sentenced to protect the Condiment Graveyard until The Creators took me away again." He paused. His old voice droned on. "I lead your father," No one said to Mussy, "through the graveyard. as soon as he entered the front of the Fridge, he was taken by the Almighty Creators. His soul will forever rest in peace, young one. Horrad was a strong man of great courage, and he shall forever be remembered." Mussy was crying, but with a smile on her face. "I know he was," she said, and she walked out through the gates. Rel followed, and Peaches and AJ walked together, holding each other tightly. Cat looked at No one and said in a cracked voice, "Thank you for revealing something for me. I'll see you on the other side." With that, Cat walked through the graveyard and to the front of the Fridge. Not long after that, The Creators took him away, and he was gone.

If you want more votes I suggest blank lines between paragraphs. I will not read a giant undifferentiated block of text.
