hmmm.

the lyrics are about being obsessed with being with someone who doesn't return the sentiment. i find that pretty creepy.

i didn't want to contextualize it, but it's about my old band and about my friend's fixation on a girl. i made the music poppy on purpose to make the lyrics spookier. the backing vocals, big muff, chord phrasing, and rhythmic/lyric reference to a journey song are all elements lifted from my old bands' musical output.

but, does it still count as creepy if it's not creepy out of context? confounding!

11 if you count ice cubes. this task was hard to do because this is basically the way i cook everything. luckily years of veganism make it easy to put up with weird food and like it.
