Potted Plant Distribution by Skitz Ø

October 10th, 2009 1:49 PM

INSTRUCTIONS: Acquire a small potted plant. Leave the plant in a store, cafe, or a location of your choosing that has lack of potted plants.

This one was extremely spur of the moment, the result of the results of unplanned tasking. After purchasing a fake plant for "Plastic Plant Liberation" I started to think about the opposite, real plants in artificial settings. After that the balls just fell into place.

I swung by my favorite greenhouse just to see if there were any plants that were similar in color and shape but dirt cheap. The dying yellow flowers for $3.00 fit the bill perfectly. I bought a pot and headed back to the crafts store. I tooke the plastic that had covered the fake flower's pot and stuck that around my new flowers and slipped them onto the shelf. It was a nice sunny spot so I figured they would be happy there. Short, sweet, and stupid but that's how I work.

I am immensely amused by a fake fake plant hiding among fake plants, well done on choosing such a sneaky location (which technically did have a lack of real potted plants).
