Comic-Book Journal Entry by prokop

September 8th, 2006 3:50 PM

INSTRUCTIONS: All of us have stories to tell - however mundane, SOMETHING happens in your everyday life that must be worth some documentation, right? Instead of the traditional journal entry, draw a page, comic book style, telling your days events - whether it be a specific incident at school or work, or a brief summary of your entire day.

after transferring a call to the box office, i swiveled my chair and chose a tan sheet of paper over the following colors (lilac, aqua, sea green, bright yellow, lt. blue, and peach) and a bic wite-out shake n' squeeze correction pen) over the following white out products (staples brand tape corrector 3 mm, staples brand tape corrector 5 mm, corporate express multipurpose correction fluid 20 ml brush tip, corporate express multipurpose correction fluid 20 ml sponge tip, and corporate express liquid correction pen fine point metal tip). i then chose one of the three remaining corporate express .7 mm mechanical pencils. the phone rang, it rang again, two more times, all for the tour manager (she's gone for the week). i ordered needed office supplies. i drew up my new routine, which isn't actually a routine yet. somehow putting it on paper made it permanent. we'll see.

I love it! It reminds me of when Groundskeeper Willie was teaching French class.

Bonjourrrrrrrrrrrrrr, ya cheese-eatin' surrender-monkeys!

Also, yay Boston transit!
