Study cars which you see repeatedly. Choose a few that have drivers that you have never seen, do not know and have not had any contact with before. Find a way to establish written correspondence by leaving notes their windshields. The subject matter, method and level of creativity of the messages are up to you but keep things positive and avoid being creepy. Make sure they are able to reply to you in written form in some way without revealing who they are or coming into contact with you. Consider this task failed if you ever see them in person or if you find out who the driver of the car is by other means.
