Plan a long, complicated, derive-style route through your home city or other urban area that ultimately goes nowhere, then walk it, enticing others to follow you, whether through use of sandwich boards, megaphones, or any othwer tactics from your doubtless nefarious arsenal.
If enough people follow you, consider taking up a role as their tour guide, preferably as far from actually tour-worthy areas as possible.
