Nah, it's easy. I did this for over a month one time... Hell, 8 days of it I had no human contact, and 4 of those I uttered not one noise aloud...
Course you're right, it IS easier in winter.
And if you do it in summer you get LOADS of sleep, so no need to be pooped ;->
