There are many ethnic neighborhoods in the city. The most well known is probably Chinatown, with North Beach and Japantown vying for runner up prize. They run the gamut from crassly commercialized to honest-to-goodness transplanted foriegn communities.

Your task is to seek out a lesser known neighborhood and document it's particular culture and orgin, and if need be, give it a charming name.

Bonus points if you've never heard of it before. Bonus bonus points for moving there, and opening up a small storefront selling appropriate imported goods and sundries.
