Tasks / Plan Ahead
Decide on a task of some kind to perform exactly six months in the future. Write down (on paper, online calendar, or whatever) all factors beforehand: the date and time you'll do this task, the location, your companions, your schedule, and precisely what you'll do. Attempt to follow the exact plan you had a half-year before, no matter what has changed in-between, and document any difference between plans and actions.

I really like this. It kind of hurts my brain, but I'll see what I can do
I can't decide whether it is better to plan something for this which would require me to travel out of town. On the one hand, it creates an easy way for plans to fall through. On the other, it creates an easy way for plans to fall through- possibly leading to hilarious attempts to complete location-specific plans in the wrong place.
