If artistry is ownership (c.f. decades of copyright), is ownership artistry? For this task, you must sign something. However, it should not be something that you created, but rather something to which you could conceivably claim ownership (ideally, partial ownersihp). And who better to act as our model in this claim than Ronald Reagan? The fourtieth President was not constrained by deeds or receipts when he made his declaration; nor should you be. As this "work" probably isn't a forgery , you should sign your own name.
If you're stuck for a direction, consider Picasso's oft-quoted (though we've not seen it cited) statement that the signing of a work is the moment it is ready to be "abandoned".
