I must first admit that I only _just now_ figured out the joke in that particular PBF comic. I hadn't worked out there were two distinct cakes which had been switched with humorous result, I thought it was some kind of double-fake, where you think they are mobsters, but it turns out they are dog-appreciators, but then they all get shot.

That said, I actually thought of these two when discussing an underworld of food:
