Create an E-mail/letter/text which includes instructions that whomever receives it shall forward it onto ONE person. Also include instruction that if a person receives it who meets certain requirements (Eg: the live in a certain part of the world) that they shall return the email to you.
Post a log or record of all the people that the E-mail/letter/text jumped to as proof.
Bonus points if your E-mail/letter/text leaves the continent.
