Go forth and complete you the Twelve Labours.
You must complete (metaphorically) the following challenges:
1. Slay the Nemean Lion and bring back its hide.
2. Slay the Hydra.
3. Capture the Golden Stag of Artemis.
4. Capture the Erymanthian Boar.
5. Clean the Augean stables in a single day.
6. Slay the Stymphalian Birds.
7. Capture the Cretan Bull.
8. Steal the Mares of Diomedes.
9. Obtain the Girdle of Hippolyte, the Amazon warrior queen.
10. Steal the Cattle of the Monster Geryon.
11. Steal the Apples of the Hesperides.
12. Capture Cerberus, using no weapons and bring him back.

Why do I have to do it metaphorically?
Oh, I had just finished reading the Odyssey task and this seemed a good idea. I guess you're right though, this is probably more Humanitarian Crisis. What do you think?
What do I think? I think that we should have an epic mythologically-inspired task for every group. That's what.
If you're capable of pulling this off literally, Levi'Tater, I don't know that I could stop you.
Hm, I like the epic myth task for each group idea.
Any thoughts for the remainder? Does SNIDE require you to be Loki? Steps in the EquivalenZ version, of course, include finding a useless magic word, using a bird to deal with a huge green fierce snake, having your treasure stolen by a pirate, losing yourself in a maze of twisty little passages all alike, and having the cave close.
also, being loki (from myth) would require you to have acidic snake venom dripped onto your face. not so fun, perhaps.
unless you can be loki in another way....
If it helps get this approved, I think that this'd be dandy for Humanitarian Crisis.

I like the mythic task series too. But I think this one should be Biome rather than HC. It's all the animals--boar, mares, bull, birds, dog... and then apples too.

That's a good point Sacred Agent. I'm a bit on the fence about this one being Biome or HC. I originally suggested HC as Hercules seemed a legendary hero to me. Someone seeking to bring aid or relief. But then I guess that said, this probably would be better suited for Biome, and a Samson themed task for HC.
i second the epic mythic task for each group. that's a fantastic idea.
and now i'm off to try and find a mythic task involving time/timetravel.
This doesn't seem so bartpaish to me. The Odyssey is, because it's a journey. These, not so much.
