I got the idea for this task when I laid my eyes on your Buckingham Fountain. So do it. ;)
when i was a very small child, my grandfather took me to Buckingham Fountain and told me that tiny little men lived under the fountain turning on each color one at a time.
i think a little part of me still believes him.
the funny part is that while this is one of my clearest and most favorite early childhood memories, i found out years later that my mother was actually very upset at him for keeping me out so late as to see the fountain lights come on. i think she was relieved to hear i remembered it so fondly.

I thought about jumping in the fountain at the Bellagio when I was there. But I kept getting told I'd get in a lot of trouble, which didn't scare me too much, but the change of clothes issue was what stopped me. But I thought of this task while longingly looking down at the water beneath me.

No. I've done this a couple of years ago. There was a fountain that was kind of made for havin'g a swim. I had to.
But it was at night and not very busy there, as a task completion I would suggest to do this during daytime.
Aw, hells yeah. :) I wonder how fast we'd get kicked out of the one in Exelon Plaza?
