Artistic License by TEA

March 3rd, 2008 4:17 PM

INSTRUCTIONS: Decorate your driver's license in an interesting and permanent or semi-permanent way. Ideal modification would be to draw a mustache on your photo, and then grow that mustache.

Since I didn't want to get arrested the next time I got pulled over (not that that's happened yet), I decided that dry-erase marker was the best thing to do. I'll protect my new piece with some scotch tape so it doesn't erase away.

What do you think? I was going for Dresden Dolls meets THE CROW.  I even gave myself some long Eric Draven locks.

*laughs*

I actually am going to legally change my name to Tea Ho in about ...7 months!

Can't become Chinese, though. That would prove difficult and I don't really have an urge to. =p

Okay, so who is going to do the "ideal" version of this task? You're not expected to, of course, TEA (you don't strike me as the bearded lady type).

But I'd love to see a slew of these completions where people at least temporarily make the alteration come true, a la the old vandalize reality task or something.

The name change is quite clever. Obviously you won't necessarily be making the facial stuff come true in real life with some kind of permanent harlequin tattoos or something. SO, all I ask is for photos of you, dressed up and hitting the town in that get up.

Endearing. But artistic...?
