Teams / Casting Call / The Discourse of Casting Call |
Sent to Ben Yameen yesterday at 10:44 P.M., re: a new logo:
"Hey, I was wondering if you might be interested in making a logo for a new team. I wanted to make a team for folks who are (or have been) injured and still manage to make tasking a priority in their lives. Sort of a handicapped Ø. Your other examples all look great, and I thought of you right away when this new group came to mind. Is this something that you feel like doing? Let me know, and if you are able/have the time to, maybe we can brainstorm in the future. Thanks!"
And then, lo and behold, I log in today and SHAZAM!
You are a wonderful, wonderful person.
Heh, great minds think alike? Here, now you and dear Walrus can make all the changes you want and/or feel necessary.
Should we change the description to merely those who are handicapped (temporarily or permanently) and still task as opposed to those with casts? I think that might have a broader appeal.
I join the ranks of SFØ players in crutches, gosh I had forgotten how horribly tiresome is to move around...
Multiple car crash in the highway, I broke two metacarpals while trying frantically to break. Dang. And the specialist couldn´t be bothered at night, or in Christmas Eve or in Christmas Day, so is ER immobilizing bandage instead of cast till further notice.
I should task to actually earn my place here, uh? Navigating the living room not enough, I know. Will do.
This group sucks. This group needs less players not more. Stop joining this group.
Suzy *HUG!!!!* I'm sorry hun, I hope that you get better fast!!!
Soren, I suck at art, as previously mentioned, so if you want to come up with a logo and or badge, feel free.
