Saucy Tales by ThreeKoi

INSTRUCTIONS: Every ancient condiment in the back of your fridge is a tale of neglect and abandonment. Tell us yours.

This is a bottle of Chipotle sauce that I had almost forgotten about. This bottle has a family history. It has traveled over 4,000 miles and gone through four family members. I didn't find it in my own fridge this time, as it now resides in my brother's fridge. But that's not where its story begins. My mother received it in a gift basket a while back and gave it to my sister-in-law since she's not a fan of strong spices. My SIL wanted to try it, but said she had nothing to cook it with, so after a couple of months she gave it to me. I had been saving it for something wonderful and imaginative, and when my brother came to visit me a few months ago he saw it on my fridge door and mentioned it looked good - so I sent it home with him. Visiting him this week, I noticed he hasn't opened it yet, either. I'm not sure what we're all waiting for, but there's still some time left before it expires...maybe it can go another 4,000 miles in the meantime.

It sounds like you might have a Rambin' Salsa on your hands that just needs to keep a-wanderin'. Can you keep it going!?

I want to try, but at the same time, it does sound tasty...
