We decided the statues needs some sprucing up....that just because you are in the mist of a heated wrist wrestling battle..doesnt mean you cant dress for the weather and be fashionably accessorized. So we created TaDa Art....for all the public to see...

as we were there..passerbys added their own clothes to it as they went... it was a popular walk by spot..for the drunks getting out of the bar
In my understanding, the task is more about allowing the public to participate in the creation.
