This piece wasn't inspired by any particular personal ad, and it's not a representation of an individual in a personal ad. Instead, I approached this task using the ads as a whole for my inspiration, and I included the original newspaper ads as part of the art. I actually chose ads from an actual newspaper for this reason (instead of online ads), because I wanted to include the newspaper ads as part of this project.
