As my first task here on SF0, I aimed to play to the recent resurgence of my Bowie obsession and play in a labyrinth. Upon googling labyrinth locations I found hundreds in California alone, which makes me really happy for a potential adventure another day, but as finances are precious and we had plans the next day, we stayed somewhat close to home.
First, we traveled to a War House game store and picked up something to play with. We landed on Quiddler; a game we still haven't quite gotten the grasp of, however simple it seemed.

After bonding with the cashier and being ridiculed for it by my dear wife and all too kind roommates, we headed to Bellflower. The labyrinth was smaller than the picture suggested, but it was still a good enough size, and the other random statues and plants about were sweet. I told them about the myth of the labyrinth: one must ask a question upon entering and walk the entire path. Then one will find himself with the answer upon completion. Tested in actuality, it looks like there may be something to this theory. I asked, "when are we getting laid off at work?" and was told(?), "it doesn't matter," which is entirely true, as I should've quit my job months ago.

Finally, after a little silliness, we sat down to Quiddle. That would be me on the right; my very confused wife on the left.
