There we were...
Gentlemen and Ladies at a delightful tea party at The California Palace for The Legion of Honor. It was early evening and twilight was upon us. But with the warmth of a well played game of hide and seek, and the deliciously prepared tea by The Vixen, we couldn't be more comfortable.
That is....
Until....
Night fall was upon us.
Evil started creeping around.
The Growing Artist Guild was starting to feel ill at ease. We starting seeing things in all the shadows. There were visions of tailless raccoons. Sculptures were staring ominously. And the Camera was after us.
We simply had to escape.

it is a great sadness of mine to have missed all that was yesterday
I love the picture of the shadow monster -- it has a very Lovecraftian feel to it. Especially since it's followed by the picture where everyone is vanishing into thin air. (Did you use the a slow sync flash for those shots? I like the effect.)
After eating waaay too many of those delicious tea cookies I at least needed to get 2 seconds of exercise.
