Hello friends, allow us to illuminate below the conception and implementation of that most fantastic functional accessory:
Dr. Science's Advanced Mechanism for Optical Defense and Enhancement
^working title
The perfect tool for those inconvenient situations where you find yourself wishing you could use your jeweler's loupe or magnifying glass and safety goggles and still keep both hands free!
Whether you're disarming atomic weaponry, repairing starship life-support systems, or just appreciating the finer details of your latest achievement, with this device you can feel free to scrutinize in safety!
What follows is the documentation of the SRZero Institute for Advanced Tasking's painstaking efforts to bring you the latest in fashion-forward, safety-conscious human augmentation. Any feedback is appreciated.
A small footnote: the Institute is aware of a very slight budgetary overrun due to unforeseen costs after the initial bid was accepted. Due to contract stipulations with the lead researchers, the institute was forced to cover the cost overruns using funds from some of our other projects. The Institute hopes to recoup these overruns through the use of a $10.00 coupon provided to us by the primary supplier of this project's materials. For further inquiries, they can be contacted here

I'm gonna try to make a pair of these sometime.
I'm perfectly willing to overlook the slight budgetary overrun, because I love the outcome!
And it was only taxes that did it anyway.
