INSTRUCTIONS: Photograph a most normal, pedestrian view of the world around you. Crop the photo down to a distinct and beautiful vision. Show us the difference.

today was one of those days that was so full of exciting daytime activities (such as three-beverage breakfasting, exploring bonsai gardens, gaining entrance to the opulent lobby of the bellevue-staten by making sad faces at the doorman, and fixing everything in the house that was in need of fixing that could be done with an allen wrench) that i couldn't possibly imagine doing anything other than laying in bed tonight. lucky for me, there are plenty of pedestrian views available to me from this location.

a photobooth shot of the southwest corner of my room from the vantage point of my "bed" (which is a 2-inch thick futon mattress on the floor at the moment). you can even see the computer screen reflected in the high-gloss finish of my dresser.

I like these. I want to know what was in the northeast corner!

Probably porn. Or a seven foot bald gorilla. I'd be embarrassed if I had one of those in my northeast corner.

No you wouldn't. You so have tall naked gorilla porn in your corner right now, admit it.

I'm gonna figure out which way is north east and see what's in my corner.

I like these pictures too, the top one looks like a bird's profile and the bottom one looks like a sneaky peek at a girl lying down in a short skirt.
