Rin: There is an upstairs corner in the food court where a gang of stoners hangs out all. day. long. Since it's getting to the dark winter time of year in Alaska when the sun never rises Ghost and I realized that the forsaken corner with MANY open sockets would be a great place to put in some lights.
Ghost: Rin said we were gonna get some lights and put them into the places in the tilly where our friends hang out. The black lights were NOT a good idea... I will never again sit on the couch where one such friend had an "encounter"... #_#

I think it was certainly a place for light bulb insertion ...
As for this being a public place - I agree
I would have loved to see it somewhere more public tho...
The second half of the task says "see how long they last"

That's so cool! I'm probably biased because I have black and pink light bulbs for my room, but... STILL
I love that picture. It just looks like such a cool room to be in. >w
I know what you mean about the black lights. made the mistake once of looking at my common room's couches with one. I will never be able to use it again.
