Fortune Not Cookie by Cookie
December 8th, 2008 3:15 AM
Cookie wanted to do 3 fortunes in 3 places. Episode one is now published. (reference to Picture 1).
Cookie loves tasks that involve cookies. Even thought this one did not physically involve any confectionary he still wanted to do it. He raided my fortunes list which I created for the new years party last year, ehich I never did end up using.
Episode 1. THE CHARITY SHOP
This is my favourite charity shop out here. I thought of hiding the various fortunes in the pockets. Because I go here quite often I got strangely paranoid that they would think I was shoplifting. Adding strangeness to it I was photgraphing to what seemed to the outside world a mere stuffed toy (but in truth a near on immortal being with an agenda.) So I snuk into the changing rooms and did it there. ;) I was very happy to find that Karma rewarded me with a sandman comic for 75 p. Wohoo!
Episode 2. THE CHRISTMAS TREES
I was better prepared for this. The fortunes had a signature "Cookies fortunes" and a text on the outside saying "read me" or "open me". I had also aquired tiny silvered clothespegs to attach them on with. All to make it look less like pieces of scrap paper.
The first fortune went on a christmas tree ready for sale. It was oustide so I had to request that it would not rain as I know the ink I use on my printer is anything but waterproof.
The second fortune went onto a pub decoration.
The third fortune went onto a plastic tree for sale in the newsagents.
Episode 3. PUBLIC TRANSPORT
This trip was my Christmas present from my very best friend. She thought it a fantastic idea to scare me s***less at the 2 best horror experiences in London. Cookie took his oppostunity and send his third cousin from the starboard side SPPBB to to his praxis on the Catamaran-Train-Train-Catamaran links.
The first fortune was left on the train table next to us. We wanted to see the people find it. It may be a symbol of our ages that the people sat on that table did not even spot it, but hurriedly stashed their winter scarves and never found their fortune. Hopefully the next one did.
The second fortune had a even more hopeless fate. It was the lat night train back and I intended to leave it on the table as the same as before, but SPPBB's friends (in picture) convinced that the cleaning guy is just going to throw it away so at the last minute I attached it onto a newspaper only to witness, once out of the train, a couple of carts later the cleaning guy stashing all the papers into a bin. Hopefully the silver peg caught its eye, if not then the fortune went to the guls.
The third fortune got attached by a safety pin to the eye level onto the back of the chair in front on the catamaran that took us the wet part of our trip home. There is no way it would get lost without someone finding it.
Cookie likes this challenge and just for the fun of it, he might stash more fortunes around and update it.

So Master Cookie- you did the first two sets and Purple Bum Bunny did the transport ones? Or were you working in Collaboration (in which case shouldn't you get Purple Bum Bun on SF0 to get credit?
Nicely done anyway- I say 5 points!
