Find Roof Access by Sardonicus Tweed

I did, but first I found a new friend.
I dubbed him Lord Terence Tetsuo Testudines, The Terribly Terrifying Tasking Turtle.
But anyway, back to task. The roof I climbed was that of Audubon Park Elementary School, where I took my first Gifted Education Class.
I found a suitable place to ascend.
The view was rather interesting.
Although, I was clearly not the first up there.
As I left, I encountered a cryptic message...
I wondered for a bit if they meant the drug, or were giving an imperative to remove unwanted plants. I decided that they meant both.

i love climbing on top of elementary schools!
i particularly enjoy the photo of the trees growing like bushes over the rooftop
Go Terps! But...is Terence a Pokemon? (Not that I have anything against Pokemon, of course.)
