I chose to deed the entire state of South Carolina to Baron Von Awesome, because he asked me to. He does so much for us, and really never asks anything in return, so what's a southern state between friends?

Unfortunately, I was unable to provide a boat, so the Baron will have to summer in Ohio.

I used a simple short Deed form provided as a legal document with Office Word 2007. Then I altered it to "redefine" some of the key language.

It was presented to the Baron in digital form.
