INSTRUCTIONS: Whilst in Scotland, I couldn't help but notice that along the roadway, there were signs posted, simply saying, "Thank You". These signs were as regular as stop signs, or speed limit signs.
I asked my grandfather,"why are there Thank You signs posted?"
He replied,"Well, it's thanking us for driving safely. Also, if you can't read the sign, you're driving too fast."
He may have been telling the truth, but I preferred to interpret the sign at face value, like a bumper sticker that says, "Don't be a jerk." Just "Thank You".

Make a Thank You sign, and post it appropriately.
Thank you.

Sooooo this was a fun task. At work today I made five signs that said Thank you in large lettering and added a couple dozen other thank yous in different languages from Afrikaans to Japanese to Dutch. Regrettably, they did not print out in colour like I had hoped, but they looked pretty nice nonetheless.

I decided to put one in a bathroom, somewhere people would see it, near the sinks. I eventually settled on posting it on the paper towel dispenser; that way, people would see it after they washed their hands and be thanked for their good hygiene skills. I sincerely hope that at least a few people will find this as funny as I do.

The other signs were to be placed in various high-traffic areas around campus. I will be monitoring them with the help of my friends to see how long they last before being taken down or scribbled on.

thank you for shopping
thank you for sleeping
thank you for eating
thank you for loitering

I hope that you enjoyed the particular flavor of the tasking nervousness.

It was fun. I was totally preparing excuses and speeches in my mind. Not to explain sf0 and what I was doing, but to further confuse anyone who tried to stop me. :P

That's a great completion! I love how you wrote it in all those languages :-)

And I guess that is one of the things this game teaches us - very few people actually pay attention to what others are doing, or at least they won't question it, so there's a whole lot of things you can do 'between the lines' so to speak.

I wonder how long they will be up!

All of them were torn down after a few days, except the one in the girls bathroom and the one in the cache. The one in the bathroom is gone now (I think) but the one outside the Cache is still up! Somebody wrote "Devin was here" on it, though.
