In my case, the Navy of one.
Last Saturday morning's schedule:
0400 - 0623 - Ran 12 miles. Sadly, this took me 143 minutes.
0623 - 0635 - STRETCH!!!! OW! My quads are killing me!
0635 - 0700 - Walked back to trailer and took shower
0700 - 0730 - A Well earned breakfast
0730 - 0900 - did all those army commercial things like ride around in a humvee and fast rope from a helicoptor.
