I already have some ideas for this task. I just have to ignore that anything that's fun is therefore meaningful and I'm going to have fun with this task.
It's absolutely great that you did this, you probably made someone's day. (Or at least given him a very interesting experience.)

I guess that you mean that we make plans during the skill share and then do the personal routes as well as the combined route as shortly as possible after?
As for pictures (I don't know whether this also works for other media), the easiest way is to use the proof button. This will insert a short command into the editor. All you have to do then is add the number of the item in your media gallery, so for instance:
[proof:1, size:100, align:left] for the first item in your media gallery, etc.

As for getting out of posters (an unexpected outcome), it means I'll probably be motivated enough to do a follow-up experiment some day.

PS: You might grab more attention if you add the pictures to the story instead of a seperate file. This is one way to do that:
