My first task. Collaborated with the lovely Fiona who drafted me into this crazy madness!

The story!

Monks are very nice. They get drunk during feast days and they make us tea at their teashop in the Abbey grounds. It is nearly pancake day (24th Feb, ok so not really nearly...but imagine ok guys?) and we were worried that the the Monks would make themselves pancakes and not give any to their friends the Pigs.

So we decided to make sure the pigs would get pancakes because we all know how much pigs like pancakes (why else would someone have created the task?).

Batter was made.

Of course we have to check to make sure all was well:



And we headed out with our supplies:



The walk was cold, ad we decided to have tea in the monks teashop to warm ourself up for the task ahead of us (and to throw the monks off- we didn't want to offend them by assuming they were going to forget about the pigs on pancake day)

Unfortunately the pigs liked our pancakes so much that they ate them all up before any pictures could be taken, but we have some video footage of their gratitude (squealing) they showed us.

Their gratitude was so loud that we were worried the Monks might come running to check we weren't feeding the pigs (or worse- but we're friends of igs, not enemies of pigs) but we were lucky. The Monks stayed in the warm and did not seem to worry about their piggys.
