Everyday Life by Megan McIntyre

INSTRUCTIONS: Don't go to work. Don't go to school.

Sunday, even though this is finals week and I have things I should be writing and things I should be grading, I took the day and traveled the 45 minutes from my house to the beaches near my childhood home. I'm not sure what it is about these beaches; there are nicer beaches closer to my house. But I wanted these beaches, so I went. And I just sat on the beach (or at the Bar), drank, and read for pleasure.

Driving along the causeway to get to the beach itself.
