I have the luxury of living in both Cardiff and Brighton (yes, they're in the UK) - the former because I was born and grew up there, the latter because that's where my university is.
I'm brand new to this whole thingymajig, so please excuse any stupidity you may see lying around. That will be swept up in time.

I congratulate you on not laughing.
I can confirm that in the UK, snowmen indeed only have 2 parts. I've never seen a 3 part snowman before and, frankly, think it looks rather strange. I'm sticking with the British snowman.
