Potted Plant Distribution by Professor Møbius, Tiffany Thomas
June 5th, 2010 1:43 AMAfter letting him say good bye to the others, I set him in the mesh pocket of my task-pack and we went gallivanting around Citrus Heights, with the lovely girls in tow. Our wanders took us all about, near and far, until we finally made it to our local fried chicken/root beer establishment, the KFC/A&W. In our hunger (because we, unlike Zanzi cannot feed on sunlight, as much as we've tried in the past) we gave in and got some food - Selah got food, Tiffany in a beloved moment of altruism helped Selah try to kill me.
While we sat there, our arteries clogging up, and my vision swimming like a school of fishes, I noticed that our surroundings were oddly absent of plant-life, instead plagued by flesh and plastic and pure artifice. This was quickly ameliorated, me pulling Zanzi out of my pack and him looking like he was ready for his task: make this place a little greener, for as long as he could sit behind enemy lines. On our way out, we scoped a perfect spot, the jukebox, and quickly got him into position atop it, leaving him to rock his little fronds off, while making that section of the world a slightly greener place.
(Miss Selah unofficially collaborated on this task, but forewent credit in lieu of her idea, to be completed later, for how to complete this task.)
Zanzi, rocking out!

We left Zanzi on top of the jukebox in the KFC, where he can contribute to the very plain and dour atmosphere of the restaurant.
KFC, lame.

The inside of the KFC/A&W we were having lunch at, while I just happened to have my handy-dandy task-pack with me, which included the stalwart Zanzi.
Tiff, Zanzi and I

Hanging out at the KFC, saying good-bye and looking cute (for Tiff and Zanzi, anyway). Wishing I'd brought a tie for seeing him off in... That's going into the task-pack.
Zanzi, in my back yard

Zanzi, my new faithful pet Zanzibar Aloe, saying good bye to all the rest of the plants in my back yard.

I've never been able to cause this bug on my own computer, but I think I've fixed it. If anyone has been able to deliberately cause some of their proof text to be lost like that, would you mind trying to do that now and letting me know what happens?
This was just updated, and looks like it was cut off: http://sf0.org/pixieofhugs/Campaign-Trail/
There was a write-up with this that didn't save. Re-do this afternoon when I'm back from tasking with the girls.
