I love how you got a self-selected group to connect with a person they didn't know about an interest they shared.
I'd think you were a pro at stop-motion. Of course, it counts for me that you can solve a Rubik's Cube at all. I hadn't realized there were methods, but now that you tell us, it seems obvious that method is essential and that, if it has been developed, it can be taught.
